The Provider Manual has been developed to explain how the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP)/BeHealthy Partnership manages the delivery of mental health and
substance use disorder services through our provider network. The Provider Manual details MBHP/BeHealthy Partnership's clinical goals, policies and procedures,
and the Quality Management Program and initiatives. The manual also contains important information about referrals, service authorizations, and claims submissions. Your
adherence to policies and procedures will help ensure that you receive timely service authorizations and claims reimbursement. The Provider Manual is an extension of your
Provider Agreement with MBHP/BeHealthy Partnership.
