Getting Started
Most MassHealth Members are enrolled with a MassHealth managed care
provider, either with a Primary Care Clinician (PCC) or with a Managed
Care Organization (MCO). The Massachusetts Behavioral Health
Partnership (MBHP) manages integrated medical and behavioral health
care for MassHealth Primary Care Clinician (PCC) Plan
Members. MBHP
provides resources and services to assist with the integration of care
for PCC Plan Members who have medical, mental health and substance use
disorders, and complex co-morbid needs.

PCC Plan Support Services
Program
The PCC Plan Support Services program, housed at MBHP, is a program that helps PCCs manage the
care of PCC Plan Members. To support these efforts, the PCC Plan Support Services
program, along with the PCC Support Managers (PCC SMs):
- Help PCCs to learn about and access behavioral health resources for Members on their panels
- Conduct regionally-focused quality forums in clinical and administrative areas
- Develop and distribute a variety of support materials
