PCC Information


The Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP) manages integrated medical and behavioral health care for MassHealth Primary Care Clinician (PCC) Plan Members.  MBHP works collaboratively with PCCs to provide new clinical tools, data, and resources that will support coordination of care for Members and ensure care integration among providers.  You'll find the basics about what the PCC Plan and MBHP offer below.

Member Engagement Center

The MBHP Member Engagement Center is available to PCC Plan/MBHP Members throughout the Commonwealth. Member Engagement Specialists initiate Member welcome calls as well as assist Members with using PCC Plan services, completing and interpreting the Health Needs Assessment (HNA), and enrolling and engaging in the Integrated Care Management Program (ICMP).  Call MBHP at 1-800-495-0086 to learn more.

Health Education Materials and Tool Kits
