Virtual Gateway
The Virtual Gateway is a link to services including the Provider Portal and Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) tool. MBHP providers should use the Virtual Gateway
to verify Member eligibility prior to services. It is the most up-to-date information available to providers for eligibility verification.

The MBHP Member Engagement Center handles both behavioral health provider and Member questions.
To expedite your call, behavioral health providers should have their NPI number, the Member's MassHealth number, and the Member's name and date-of-birth. If the questions
pertain to a claim, please have the claim number and authorization number.
