The Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP) manages behavioral health care for more than 430,000
MassHealth Members statewide. Working with its network of more
than
1,200 providers, MBHP offers high quality, accessible, culturally
sensitive health care to Members in the MassHealth Primary Care
Clinician (PCC) Plan, Community Care Cooperative
(C3), Revere Health Choice, BeHealthy Partnership, children in state custody, and
certain children enrolled in MassHealth who have commercial
insurance as their primary insurance.

The Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) offers a set of six comprehensive behavioral health services for youth under the age of 21 and their families. MBHP hosts a wide variety of CBHI content. more >
CBHCs will serve as an entry point for timely, high-quality mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment on an urgent and ongoing basis.
CBHCs will integrate crisis and community-based treatment by combining mobile teams, crisis stabilization, and care coordination. A distinct feature will be
7-day-per-week access including walk-in capacity, psycho-pharmacology, and treatment options including services and interventions for mental health, substance
use disorders, and co-occurring disorders.

The MBHP network has more than 1,200 behavioral health providers statewide. Many of our providers speak multiple languages, and they all share a commitment to providing high quality, culturally sensitive care. Services offered range from detox, to crisis counseling, to long-term therapy. more >
The Integrated Care Management Program (ICMP) is an enhanced care management program offered to PCC Plan Members with complex medical, mental health, and/or substance use disorders. The ICMP accepts referrals from all provider types, as well as self-referrals. more >

The MBHP Quality Management (QM) Program serves as a unifying structure for all quality management activities across all departments and ensures and improves the quality of service provided to Members. more >
MBHP offers our providers and primary care clinicians access to a broad range of health education materials, reports, tool kits, and linkages to resources to support health care integration. more >
MBHP sponsors forums and training programs that address topics such as integration of medical and behavioral health care, practice management strategies, and rehabilitation and recovery. Whenever possible, continuing education credits are made available to licensed providers. more >
