Community Service Agency (CSA) Program Awards Announcement
September 2025: The Executive Office of Health and Human Services announced that 36 community service agencies have been selected across the state to provide home- and community-based services for children who are MassHealth Members with behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. ASAP Protocol
All qualified diagnosticians conducting Assessment for Safe and Appropriate Placement (ASAP) assessments must utilize the MASOC Child and Adolescent Protocol
